Eligibility: inn-event.com is a private platform exclusively for invited attendees of events hosted on the platform. Accounts are created by invitation only.
Platform features: the platform provides event attendees with access to event agendas and program schedules, booking and travel information including hotels, flights and transfers, photo and media sharing within curated albums, interactive maps and venue information, attendee networking and contact details, and AI powered search across event content.
Photo uploads: you must have the right to share any media you upload, and you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over your uploaded content. By uploading you grant Inntello a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the private event platform to other attendees. Do not upload content that is offensive, illegal or violates the privacy of others. All uploads are reviewed by event administrators before being published, and content that violates these terms can be removed without prior notice. Technical EXIF metadata such as camera model, GPS coordinates and date and time may be extracted and stored to organise and search event content.
The inn-event.com platform, design and branding are the property of Inntello, while attendees retain ownership of their uploaded content. The platform is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, and these terms may be updated over time.
